- All Sessions are Mandatory
- Players Only - Session 1 (No Goaltenders)
- Goaltenders Attend Session 2
- Pinneys will be assigned to all Players for Session 1
- Players are to keep the same Pinney for Session 2 - do not forget your pinney for Session 2
- Goaltenders will be issued pinneys for Session 2
