? Seller Update & A Few Helpful Reminders!
We’ve become aware of an issue with some of the QR codes sent to sellers by email. The QR code may not scan properly, but tapping the QR code or the link in the email will still work. ?
? Using the Gray Jay Teams app?
You can access your QR code through your Settings. That QR code appears to be scanning properly and is a great workaround for now.
We’re continuing to work with our partners to get this corrected as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience! ?
? CASH SALES REMINDER
If you are entering purchases for your buyers, you must access your seller account through the “Cash Seller Access Granted” email you received. Please do not use the QR code or link intended for buyers to enter these purchases.
When entering cash sales, please enter all of your buyers BEFORE selecting “Record Cash Drop.”
You can keep a running tally of your cash sales and record the cash drop once you’re finished. This makes the process easier when you drop off the cash deposit and can help avoid having to use your credit card multiple times.
? WHY AM I SEEING SMHA?
Because the lottery license is held by Sydney Minor Hockey Association (SMHA), you may see SMHA displayed as your banner even if SMHA is not your team or home association.
Don’t worry! Your sales will still support your home association. ?
Thank you to all of our sellers for your patience, support, and all your efforts as we continue working through the transition to our online system!?
Hi Everyone,
First, a big thank you to everyone who attended Thursday's meeting. We appreciate you taking the time to be there, listen, and be part of this important next step.
For those who attended, we would also appreciate your help in sharing the message and key information with those who were unable to attend. Having everyone informed and on the same page will be important as we move forward.
If you were unable to attend, please take a few minutes to connect with your Team Manager or a friend who was at the meeting. We encourage you to reach out so you can get a better understanding of what was discussed and the information that was shared.
What's Next?
There will be more information and additional steps coming over the next few days. For now, our main priority is to get everyone actively online and set up on the new system.
You should receive your individual access links and QR codes within the next day or so. Please keep an eye out for these, as they will be an important part of getting everyone connected and moving forward.
Also attached is a summary of the main meeting points, along with the questions and answers that came up during the discussion. Please take some time to review this information.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation, support, and willingness to work together through this transition. Keeping communication open and making sure everyone is informed will help make this process as smooth as possible.
There is more to come, so stay tuned!
Thank you again, everyone.
