U11 AA/A/B TRYOUTS
CBCMHA is continuing to explore all options, in coordination with other local hockey associations and the Regional Director of Hockey Nova Scotia, to offer appropriate levels of play for the participants in the U11 division.
The following players have advanced to participate in an exhibition game on Sunday, October 5 at 4:30 at C200.
If you do not see your name on the list below, you have been released to U11C and you will be contacted on the next ice time once finalized.

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to share some important updates regarding the U11AA tryout process for the upcoming 2025/2026 season. Please note changes were required to this schedule to contend with the higher than expected number of players attending tryouts. This includes players from CBCMHA, along with many player transfers from other
minor hockey associations. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation
The tryouts will consist of four sessions as follows:
1. Saturday, September 20 - A skill evaluation without goalies.
2. Sunday, September 21 - A skill evaluation with goalies. (Initial cut will be made following this skate)
3. Monday, September 22 - First intersquad game. (Second cut will be made following this game)
4. Tuesday, September 23 - Second intersquad game. (Final roster will be determined following the game)
If your child is released from the U11AA tryout…
? For County players, your child will be invited to participate in the U11A intersquad game on Saturday, September 27.
? For non-County players, your child will be released back to your home association
If your child is released from the U11A tryout…
? For County players, your child will be invited to participate in the U11B intersquad game on Monday, September 29th.
Additionally, we wanted to inform you that the President and VP Rep of CBCMHA, who both have children participating in the U11AA tryout process, have been removed from the U11AA evaluation process to avoid any potential conflicts of interest. The Chair of Hockey Operations Committee (CBCMHA) will oversee the duties of the VP Rep during this time.

Schedule
Ice times have been changed to accommodate the number of players attending tryouts. A third ice time has been added.
Players will be assigned a PINNEY prior to the first ice time. Players are to keep the pinney and wear it for the second ice time. Pinneys will be collected at the end of the second ice time.
