1.      Codes of Conduct

1. All are signed and back now.  Thank you all.
2. I want us to be a team that is known for our sportsmanship win, loose or draw.
3. 24 hour rule – policy where we need to wait 24 hours following an incident to bring up an issue.
4. Parents with KIDS in the stands.  If you have some additional kids with you and they are participants within CBCMHA, they can be subject to discipline within minor hockey if there is an incident at the rink. Yelling, racism, negativity towards opposing teams will not be tolerated.  So please try and keep any dependents (and ourselves) respectful at all times.  

2.      Fair Play and Ice Time

1. Everybody will get fair ice time and we will do our best to make sure this happens.  Ice time gets affected by negative attitudes and poor sportsman ship.   
2. We will be picking Captain and assistant Captains over the next 3 to 4 weeks. I give out stripes at practices. Stripes are earned by sportsmanship, drive and effort, assists in games and teamwork.  Goals are not part of the equation.  

3.      Gray Jay Teams

1. Check ins went well for Friday Practice!  Looks like most people are using it.  Any Questions or Issues?
2. As long as you mark going or not going to all ice times, we are happy! Makes planning easier for the coaches if we know how many to expect.

4.      Jersey's 

1. We don’t get to keep them and they go back to county at end of season. 
2. Make sure they are stored out of gear bags and washed every 2 weeks at least

5.      Ice times

1. 445 Friday C200 (will be cancelled for us on the nights we have games or Halloween, etc. )
2. Home Game 2:30 pm Saturday MB2
3. 09:30 C200 Our Home Practice

6.      Tournaments? 

1. Charlie Campbell in Glace Bay?
2. Cape Breton Cup (our playoffs)

7.      Fund Raising

1. Amber has volunteered to set up a couple of block draws to fund raise for a tournament and end of year activity.

8.      Power Skating offered in Eskasoni on Thursday nights.  Anybody interested ask Dave Simon
